Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Mena

Chicken sandwich (2) way overcooked and the fries tasted like they were cooked the day before in bad grease. Never again

Cold fries, missing chicken, long wait even after close to 30 mins of ordering online. Negative atmosphere all together and I think it was because of the manager there that seemed to belittle everyone, including customers. The chicken we did receive wasfull of grease and was no where near extra crispy. Skin was soggy and falling off. It was not even edible. Fries were cold. Afew months ago I would have said it was a great place to eat but it is just horrible now.

It took 45 minutes for our orders (two sets of three-piece tenders and fries) to arrive. Instead of fries, we received mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and there were no utensils provided (we were driving, so there was no way to eat that!). When we went back to get our order corrected, we were asked what we wanted them to do about it. It took another 20 minutes to finally get the fries. The management is poor, and the service is terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would!

As always, this is the worst KFC I've ever been to. They completely messed up our order, and the food tasted horrible. The oil seemed like it hadn't been changed in months. I can't believe I spent 40 bucks on what felt like inedible dog food.

The staff were fantastic, but unfortunately, the chicken was quite soggy. We tried both the original and the extra crispy versions. The flavor was decent, but due to the sogginess, we ended up peeling off the skin. It wasn't exactly what I hoped for on my cheat day, haha!
