Krystal - Memphis

At 5:30 PM on October 29th, I stopped by this location but it was raining so I told the man who was taking orders that we were looking but I 'm rolling up window because we were being rained on. We discussed what we wanted to eat but I had to say Hello twice and the man got an attitude. Thank you I been waiting on you. I don 't like this location and this man should be fired. He continued to argue and snap when I asked to speak to someone else.

Great food, poor service. The staff was nice but ridiculously slow the time I visited.Food: 5/5

Prices are way to high 4.00 dollars just for the small square hamburger and can't walk in to order. I will never go to another Krystal restaurant has long has I am breathing. ?

I waited in the Drive-Thru almost 40 minutes to be served. The worker did come across the speaker and said there were only two people working at night and one just went on break.
