Restaurant wasn't even open for business. A waste of my time

I made reservations about OpenTable over a month ago and when we arrived, we were told that they haven't served dinner for more than a month. Nobody asked us to cancel the reservation.

The restaurant was closed and we never weee notified after making our reservation. We also passed 3 staff members who pointed us in the direction of the restaurant, all who neglected to inform us that it wasn’t open. Very disappointing that they either a) allow people to make reservations when the restaurant is closed or b) did not contact us when they realized they could not fulfill the reservation.

Includes reservations, but restaurant is closed for renovations. Call before going. We ate food from the bar, which was good, but unexpected.

Painful! Total Scam. We had a reservation for dinner at 7:00. Only 3 tables. One, a couple, without being served. The only other occupied table was a small group. The restaurant was 95% empty. Ultra limited menu and not even all that available. Cocktails are warm. Ask for chilled prosecco... looked back the glass, shook over ice and brought it back to the table. Luke warm, watered and flat. Seriously. Beer.. no chilled glasses available. Only 2 appetizers ..Ceasars Salad and a padron pepper with lime salt. Is that what they are? Ready to order Entrees...only 3 available. Informed it would wait at least one hour... maybe longer. Again, seriously? Remember, we had a reservation and the restaurant is 95% empty! Pages limited to Roquefort Pommes and yellow rice. Our meal...2 Orders of French Pommes, warm watered Prosecco and moderate beer. Avoid this restaurant. Memphis has so many better options. Hyatt should be completely embarrassed to be connected to this scam restaurant.
