Chick-fil-a Summer Avenue - Memphis

My experience was excellent I received great quality food and professional and friendly service from all the employees that I’ve encountered especially Ms. Mary.

My order gets screwed up every time I order from this location. I ordered a cool chicken wrap. My husband got home with our order, no chicken wrap. Do you not have someone who checks your order. I tried calling store and phone just rang. Instructions on website say call the store for a refund.

AMAZING FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION TODAY BEST CHIC FIL A SERVICE IN LONG TIME they brought the food to my table complimented my eyes constantly asked if I’m doing good needed anything 10 out of 10 in my opinion

I'm not an avid Chick-fil-A consumer. So when I pull in the line I need a menu to peruse. The line flowed seamlessly.

This is the 3rd time my order has been wrong from this location. Two weeks ago the food made me and my son sick, and today my order was completely wrong. I got a southwest salad, paid for extras, and headed back to work (after I had my manager follow me to a dealership to drop my truck off for service) I finally get to stop long enough to eat and it is the wrong salad, I have no vehicle to go up there to change it out and they said no when I asked them to deliver me the correct one that I paid f … – show
