Kennedy's Ice Cream - Melrose

I got a PB180 FRAPPE for the road and it was the best drive of the year so far Absolutely delicious. Prices are what youll expext in todays economy, but this is all QUALITY items. Huge menu gives you nearly infinite options.

Best affogatos and ice cream is great. Good friendly fast service.

Went there today (7/8) 7pm. Young kid working started scooping ice cream (with gloves), grabbing chunkys to pack it. Meanwhile he just excepted cash for a previous sale and didn't swap gloves?! No thanks, I've taken food safety courses as I'm sure they have. They should know better.

Was visiting the area told that Kennedy’s Ice Cream was the place to go. I was impressed with the service received. The employee knew I was torn between a few flavors, so she offered to give me tastings from my choices with a smile. She was very patient until I decided on one. My husband got the cannoli stackable I got the coffee heath bar yogurt with dark chocolate sea salt dip. They were absolutely delicious! If you haven’t been there, you really need to try it!

Went the other day and got a screamer. Vanilla ice cream and blue vanilla Richie's slush. Yum, 8.75. Today I asked for a kiddie size screamer with vanilla ice cream and blue raspberry Richie's slush. After a long pause, I was told it's 8.75 and we only have 1 size. You can't make a kiddie size screamer? Less than 1 mile away I can go to Soc's in Saugus. Prices way cheaper and they will do whatever you ask. Never going back to Kennedy's again. A smile goes a long way!!!
