Yellowtail Fish Chips - Melbourne

After we have been here in diamond creek for over a year, we were recommended to yellowtail fish and chips. tonight finally decided to try it I ordered a sml fish basket and a grilled simple flock for me. it was a busy night, but wait was worth it. the fish both my and my man was beautiful and his chips were perfect, not oily, but beautiful and crispy many thanks to that we are back.

On the last Saturday for lunch. before this was a locally reliable fishing business with good quality eating and service. we were extremely disappointed to come home after picking up that the fish had a strong ammoniakg smell and was unusable. the ammonia odour is an early sign of decomposition in flocks. yuk, the personal must know if the fish is fresh before being sold, they could have smelled it. there are two more fish stores in diamond creek that we will try now.

So disappointing I ordered a grilled flock and there was hardly any flakes! Probably just fish, so thin it was hardly there. my partner had the souvlaki and could have eaten an salad pack with the amount of meat it contained. the whole meal made us change. on the plus side the seafood stick was beautiful.

Have really improved since the introduction of the new cook! eating has become better and the waiting period seems to have deteriorated. only during business hours.

Best fish I ever eat, including sov. Highly recommanded.
