Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed an online app order, but the staff had trouble locating it. My order was made at 11:55 a.m. but not handed to me until 12:45. The tater tots in my order were undercooked, and both the chili dog and chili at the bottom of the bag were cold. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience. The manager seemed stressed but still managed to serve me, even though my food was cold. The sauce that came with my meal was watery. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff seemed to be working hard to accommodate everyone.
The night store manager at this restaurant is incredibly unprofessional. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide poor customer service. I will no longer be patronizing this establishment and would not recommend it to others. If I were the owner, I would make some significant changes.
I have never had a great experience at Sonic, and my last few visits were terrible. Waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru only to be disappointed by a dry chicken sandwich and cold fries is not as bad as the poor management, but still unacceptable.
Kept watching the commercial ads of cake batter shake. I like cake battery, why not? it looked good! I'm sorry, but for me it was one, no! the taste I'm sure others like was too sweet for my taste and maybe because I usually don't eat much sweetness could have been a factor, but I wasn't really interested in it. I didn't like this special cake batter' taste.
Well overall terrible experience. Ordered from the app. Good customer service. Food came out fast but freezing cold. Got a burger with no pickles and it was cold literally like it was in a fridge. I also know I ordered two pretzels and only got one. He came out and took the cold burger I was eating and said he has to take it to bring a new burger out. … what were they really going to do with that burger?? No one does that. They didn’t offer to make anything right just gave me a new cold burger. I won’t be back. Sad.
