My daughter Kristin ordered online today 7/17/22 and her order was supposed to be ready at 12:15. She showed up and it was not ready. So she waited and waited There was only one person working and she was not even trying to get caught up. Kept looking at her phone instead of working! My daughter said she looked like a “crackhead”. At 12:40 her order was still not even being worked on! There was a “manager” who showed up and instead of coming in and trying to bang out the orders she just talked to the employee and did not have any sense of urgency! My daughter finally got so fed up at 12:45 she just walked out without the sandwich she had paid for online. She paid for food she did not even get! There is no excuse for this!
Good sub, super high calories, but it was good. Problem was took forever to place order, not sure if girl was new. It took forever to complete the making of the subs.
This location has gone down hill. 2nd time they have got my order wrong and I’ve had to go back after arriving home with my order. The staff are also eating the sandwiches you return even though you’ve touched them.
Make sure you get what you ordered before you leave if you do take out. I ordered 2 large and when I got home found a medium and a large. Called the store immediately and was told they would make me a large if I came back. So I did, but when I got there was asked if I brought back the medium. I was never told to do so. So I was told they would only give me a small as the medium and small are equivalent to the large. They only gave me a small. That is not good customer service!
