The 193 stages once pressed and sunk, then starve far with me, so really with audible enlargement complaint. Originally, my treasure in the rat cellar wanted to be on the market. But when I crossed the map in front of the wine cellar St. Benno (only with my eyes! these were exactly hanging on fried picked blood sausage with kegberry and green peasant trains, to say tamed and zack, already the woman-FalkdS lunch plan was believed "in mutual understanding". The house has a very long history. Benno, Bishop of Meissen (1066 – 1106) is said to have built a house in front of the city on this point, the remains of an earlier building have been found. Whether this has something to do with the name of the restaurant, you could accept it... And it's a great story, that's over 1,000 years. We boot in and are welcomed in the vaulted guest rooms, as probably the last noon guests still typically super nice and friendly. I barely heard the dialect, and I immediately felt home. The map is pretty clear, but offers soups, salads next to vegan, meat, wild and fish dishes and desserts. I was already finished with my choice anyway, so my lunch dish with fried picked blood sausage with sharp and green heir was clear for 10.90 euros, and there was a Saxon lens soup and a beer for the non-power driver who had been driven down to the appetizers in terms of volume. My treasure chose an appetizer salad and the Burger Sandwitch. It consists of grilled beef chop steak in a trebertoast with cheese, salad quinces beef and homemade BBQ sauce for 14.90€. So it was not a burger, the trebertoast were two slices of fried whole grain bread, outside cross and inside soft, totally delicious. She got a Ginger Ale under driver conditions as a thirst quencher. The food tasted great. At first I thought my part was quite small, but eventually I had to do everything after the little bite. My wife was sown. The service was typical Saxon, nice and friendly. Since we were the last lunch, there was also a small conversation about food, land and people. Cook and service had their lunch waiting for us so that they eat their own snacks so I want to see something like that. The room design remembered the restaurant name, wine cellar. For this I have a thick recommendation and a full score, i.e. 5 green stars, followed by a red favorite heart.
As a group to the pottery market, the midday grid in the free air area of St.Benno was very pleasant on the market. for every taste something with attentive and friendly service staff. We liked it very much.
Despite pre-ordering, we would have to look for another local place with busy, disabled guests.
Who likes can take in the vaulted place. it was a little too sticky downstairs, as very many guests were there and we then got a place in the dining room upstairs. reading the history of the house in the menu is very interesting! the food was excellent, there are many regional dishes for choice! we can only recommend this locally!
Classic kitchen with modern whip! Very delicious! Friendly and attentive operation perfectly completes the experience.
