Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe had eaten here Christmas day 2018, so when returning to the resort with friends we were keen to take them for dinner as our last experience was amazing. Sadly this time was not. There was only 1 person doing table service for drinks in the bar, so waited a while before going to the bar ourselves and ordering, the table service was even worse. We placed our order for starters, main and wine, the wine arrived and 3 of the 6 were not drinking it but were not offered the opportunity to order anything else, the waitress arrived with bread cut into 4 for 6 of us but no plates or butter so I had to request both. The starters arrived all correct. The main was a disaster, 1 of our guests didn't get the meat they ordered and when tell the waitress she decided to disagree and stand at the table and argue, the sides didn't arrive so after waiting a while I got up to find some staff who said they'd be with us soon, sadly by the time they arrived it had all started to go cold. I even went to find the manager as by then I was so annoyed but the shine had already been taken off our dinner that we paid and left without even having dessert. For over 120 euros a head for 2 courses I expect much more than slow poor service and cold food. Wont be returning.
Visited Beef Lodge Park on Dec 27th on my wife’s birthday together with our 4 children. Overall experience was not good. We were placed on a table next to the kitchen despite a reservation made 1 month ago. There was heavy traffic around our seating which was not very disturbing. I had to move my chair many times to let the waiters to pass. Also, a lot of kitchen smell. The meat was served uncooked and we requested it to be cooked again and it was served again uncooked. I had to call the chef to get a proper serving. We did not enjoy the food nor the ambience and wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. I do not think this is a place for fine dining as it misses a lot of details. Sides were served late and cold. On the other hand, the staff was friendly but overloaded.
Accueil au top ! Carte vraiment géniale avec de la viande extra et le coup de patte de Christophe Côte pour le mariage des saveurs. Nous reviendrons. Encore merci.
Siamo stati 2 sere consecutive in questo ottimo ristorante.Posso dire che ho mangiato la carne più buona della mi vita . Qualità e cotture eccezionali.Servizio di altissimo livello, tutto molto curato ma tutto estremamente friendly.Mia moglie ha preferito optare per gamberi ed è rimasta impressionata .Complimenti a tutto lo staff.A presto.
Dîner avec mon épouse un soir de Juillet. Fort de sa réputation, nous nous dirigeons vers un établissement du groupe "Sibuet" afin de ne pas être déçus.Le Restaurant se trouve à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Lodge Park, un très bel établissement situé au cœur de Megève avec une décoration qui vous plonge dans l'ambiance dès la porte franchie.Ce restaurant étant spécialisé dans la viande, nous choisissons avec mon épouse le "filet de bœuf" accompagné de sa purée. Nous nous sommes régalés ! La viande était exquise. Le service a été parfait du début à la fin, les serveuses et serveurs sont très professionnels et d'une attention très délicate et bien appréciable.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
