This is a nice traditional barrestaurant with a tasty menu. There's something for everyone whether you fancy pizza nice thin crisp base, pasta or something typically German. There's a good choice of German beers including the local Dusseldorf brew. The bar area is comfortable and...the staff very friendly. PriceQuality ratio is excellent. Full marks
Took the UBahn from central Düsseldorf to Kaiserswerther to visit the Kaiserpfalz, ruins of Emperor Friedrich Barbarossa's Royal Palace minute ride. After the ruins visit we wandered the streets of Central Kaiserswerth looking for a lunch cafe. Settled on Einhorn for its interior...ambience, and it was full of local diners. We had good service from the staff with our zero German and their limited English. We started with a large pour of a German Chardonnay a Riesling. For food we had a good very thin crust Margarita style pizza and off the Saturday special menu choices different each day Monday to Saturday the thick ham slice with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut lots of food, tasty but a bit on the salty side. Enjoyable lunch break in a cozy atmosphere

I received a warm friendly welcome by my server. She was very gracious and forgiving of my terrible German when I asked if there was Schnitzel I didn’t ask for an English menu. Several different Schnitzel options were on offer. Mine was delicious, served with...a cream sauce and mushrooms, a mound or fries and a welcome fresh side salad. All washed down with a couple of delicious wheat beers for around Perfect
