I always order my coffee ahead of time, so it’s ready when I am there, but they keep all the mobile orders behind the counter. What’s the point?

I found myself in a frustrating argument with them, suggesting they take the amount out of their tip money to resolve the issue with their manager later. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach an agreement. Initially, I had given a $1.73 tip, but the person I was with decided to take it back, which, in retrospect, he shouldn't have done. After this, I called corporate Dunkin' Donuts to file a complaint, and I was assured that someone would get back to me. However, I still haven’t heard from anyone. It’s clear that there needs to be better training for staff across the board, as every store should have a procedure for reimbursing overcharges. In my experience, it felt as though Dunkin' Donuts took my money due to the lack of training and the absence of managerial support. I have yet to receive any follow-up from the manager, despite having formally filed a complaint asking for contact. My attempt to correct the grammar and punctuation in my review was unsuccessful, which is why it reads poorly.
