Please train your staff to pay attention to the machines with the French vanilla. 99% of the time I have to check my coffee for foam, more often than not it’s watered down and gross. I get its “first world problems”. Maybe I just need to boycott this franchise. Sure has gone down hill over the years.
They were super disorganized. I had ordered a door dash order and the Tim bits were missing so I called and one person said they’d have them ready for me when I went. I tried to get their name but they hung up before I could. Then I went and they could not figure out who I was or what I ordered even after giving them the order number, time I ordered and time I called the cafe. The manager ended up giving me what was missing from my order anyway hence the 3 stars. Service in that sense was good, the poor cashier was having such a rough time, the POS wasn’t working and kept freezing up on him.Wheelchair accessibility: It would be a little bit of a squeeze but the actual entrance is on ground floor
Bought a large white milk and it was spoiled 4 days past the expire date. Pay 5 bucks for a London Fog and they never put the syrup inParking: Parking is fine
I understand being young and new and busy, but the French Vanilla I ordered overflowed and made a mess of the cup. When he poured it into a new one he didnt put the full amount in. I also had to remind him about the extra espresso that was to be added. When I got home, too far to return, the box of 20 tidbits for my kids only contained 13 and my French Vanilla had absolutely no flavour to it beside the espresso which tasted burnt. Very disappointing.
