Montana's BBQ & Bar - Medicine Hat

One last minute choice after a long flight and car, only needed food and beer. the atmosphere is good and the personal was really friendly and attentive. beer was nice and cold, and the burger I chose was really good, and all reasonable prices.

The worst montanas I've ever been. the service was terrible and our eating including our appetizer was not hot. the chicken taco’s I order the soft dishes were crispy and the chicken was far over done and it was not hot. I wouldn't go back to this restaurant. very disappointed.

Ate at Montana’s last night. Had the strip loin with loaded potato and baked beans. The wife had the ribs and mashed potatoes with gravy. Both were great and service was quick. Wife started with the pot roast soup which she loved. I started with...the drink special which was a Caesar. Was good but not the best I have ever had. Nice place to eat with good food

Have been to Montana's Medicine Hat a few times last couple months and have had no problems at all. My wife has had the Sirloin Steak last 2 times which she said was grilled to perfection. I had the Brisket last time and the Ribs...time before and both were excellent. Not sure why the bad reviews but we have nver had a bad meal here. I can say i've had to send my fries back once because they were not hot but thats expected from time to time as i like my fries HOT. Prices are not that bad and we plan on returning soon.

The 7 Oz steak at 18.99 is an unbeatable value. Steak was flavourful, but fries could have been done better. Suggest ordering steak medium rare if more pink wanted in meat. Covid-19 limited seating choices so would suggest reservations or arriving early.
