Food is great!!! I just don't understand why you give out those horrible straws and wood forks. I never understood why not using plastic was better than cutting down trees instead. Trees create oxygen for our air.

I specifically asked for a lettuce wrapped grandpa burger that had less water then usual, as normal lettuce wraps tend to be too watery and hurt the burger's flavor. They were able to accommodate my request to the T and in a very reasonable time frame. I can't give them anything less then 5 stars as they exceeded all my expectations. I am convinced this is the slowest A&W in western Canada. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes and the line never moved. Tried this location multiple times and if you do manage to get to order in under 30 minutes, it’s usually wrong. Sad.

English muffin was as burnt and dry as coal. And they were interrogating me over my coffee stamp cards. Very frustrating and disappointing.
