Domino's Pizza - Medford

I ordered some pasta, wings, and a sandwich, and everything was outstanding. The car side delivery was also very smooth.

There's a $5 delivery fee, and good luck actually getting the sauce cup you paid for. Domino's doesn't let you choose your delivery location. Even if there's another store with a shorter drive time and lower delivery fees, tough luck if they decide this is the closest one. Domino's seems to be piling on the extra charges for anything other than pickup orders.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My pizza arrived incorrect, lacking the extra toppings I requested. When I called to speak with the manager, she was very rude and not helpful at all. It's disappointing to see someone like her, named Lisa, in a managerial position.

Pizzas made in a timely manner, always correct, and super friendly staff! They are also very kind to my dog who loves to eat grilled chicken from here

Worst experience ever, was using for a wile , until I couldn't place orders with caling the store, it was an interview with someone who didn't speak English. The drivers obviously don't use Google maps and are lost, they try to call you but can't speakany English,at all, they're 1 minute from you and lost. Unless you want to run down the street you'll starve. The manager toldme they'd send it again at full price after over 2 hours
