Noon Hill Grill - MEDFIELD

Noon Hill Grill is a decent place to eat. However you have to be prepared to have your order done incorrectly every time. The “workers” they have taking your order are most definitely going to mess it up due to incompetence, and lack of attention to detail. It’s either the lack of attention out front, or the lack of ability to read and understand the English language in the kitchen. Be prepared to have decent food at best prepared nowhere near how you wanted it. One star due to complete stupidity and lack of attention to detail.

One of the rudest places I have ever been I wanted to order takeout and they were rude

Went for lunch as a party of 7 at noon on a Friday. Sat at a table in the back of the restaurant near the kitchen. The tables were clean, as was the restaurant in general. Service was extremely slow. We must have waited close to 15 20 minutes to be greeted by our server and offered beverages. Since we had so much time to mull over the menu, we were able to order our drinks and food at once. Drinks came quickly and refills were taken care of without having to ask. We ordered 4 salads, 2 sandwiches, and a Poke bowl; took a solid 45 minutes for the food to arrive. The food itself was quite good, although some asked for dressing on the side and instead got their salads dressed. The Poke bowl was excellent. We then ordered a couple desserts (brownie bowls) and coffee. The decaf coffee came out hot and the cream curdled. The regular coffee came out just above tepid, and the cream curdled in that too. Passed on replacements and simply finished and left. Maybe they're understaffed? Disorganized and or mismanaged? Hard to say. If we weren't out for a casual lunch with no particular place to be after, this would have been a nightmare. Overall a nice clean establishment with good food, we were likely just unlucky on the day.
