Bonefish Grill - Camp Hill

While we like the new ambiance the place has definately gone down hill with service. We stopped by last night, sat at the bar and had probably the oddest, worst experience ever there. I will blame most of it on another patron who took up the bartenders time with conversation and he seemed almost unescapabl, however the bartender shouldve professionally excused himself to check on us. That said my entree never came, nor was it on the bill, so the bartender didnt order it even though he repeated the order back to me. If he had checked on us while we were eating my app and my wife her entree we would've told him. My drink was empty or really close prior to getting my appetizer and it wasn't until I was taking my last bite that I was asked if I'd like another, then there was this whole wierd thing with my car... while we are hoping it was just an extremely odd, one off experience, it hinders us wanted to go back when we are busy parents who rarely get to escape for a quick meal.

Our party of 7 celebrated my granddaughter’s 19th birthday with dinner at Bonefish yesterday evening. Our server, Arianna, was amazing-personable, efficient, very attentive to everyone’s needs and ensuring our drinks were refilled by the time we finished drinking what was in our glasses. We’d encountered unforeseen delays for some of our group in the reservation and arrival time and the hostess and Arianna were extremely gracious and understanding when I called in about it and when we all arrived. We ordered Bang Bang Shrimp, Coconut Shrimp and Calamari as appetizers and all were delicious. My Wood Grilled Atlantic Salmon was perfectly done and so flavorful. My family members enjoyed their Baja Bkackened Tacos , Crab Legs and Dynamite Salmon as much as I enjoyed my dinner. It was a wonderful experience and the food was delicious and satisfying. Thank you to Arianna especially for making our celebration one we’ll remember as a happy one.

I came for a late lunch at 2 o’clock. There was only one other customer in the restaurant at the time. They were three servers I believe, and my server was very friendly and pleasant. But she didn’t check up on me after she brought my food until I was almost done. I would understand it if they were busy, but they were not. My asparagus was way overcooked, and I left them on my plate and explained to her that they were either canned or overcooked. She offered to bring me more, but I was almost done eating by that time. The rest of my food was good, but she should’ve checked back with me after she brought my food.

The Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos were great for a late lunch. They had a good blend of spices with good taste without burning great.

Dana was SUCH an amazing waitress. She truly made us feel right at home and welcomed. Can't wait to come back already!
