Cook Out - Meadowville

I went to Cook Out (Colonial Heights) ordered the grilled chicken tray, it was so bad I couldn't eat it. The chicken was tough and over grilled. They also gave me cold fries. I should have checked before I left but I was running behind for work...

Food was hot and tasted great. Speaker box/window experience was terrible. Blunt and unfriendly employee who rushed you and gave you no attention at the window other than to take your money and hand you your purchase.

I visited Cook Out recently and I must say, the food was amazing. I tried the Out West burger and it was delicious. However, the customer service was lacking. The lady who took our order sounded irritated and snappy, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I still think Cook Out is a great place to dine.

A family member brought me a wrap with chicken, mayo, cheese, and other ingredients from this restaurant. I enjoyed the taste and will definitely be ordering from here again. This was my first time eating here since shortly after they opened, and I was impressed with the quality of the food.

This is what fast food was meant to be. It is actually fast. It isn't gourmet food, but it is tasty, especially their shakes, and you get your order quickly.
