Dutch Bros Coffee - McKinney

Apparently this place is popular there was a 20 min car line being directed by the local Sheriff. There were greeters handing out menus to the cars, and they took our order and offered suggestions. Our drinks were made quickly and well. We ordered a Caramelizer caramel mocha blended with whipped cream and a Tiger's blood strawberry and coconut lemonade blended. Wow the Caramelizer was delicious. It was well balanced not too sweet and the coffee flavor was present but not overpowering. The Tiger's blood was like a snow one slushy. It was a bit too sweet for my liking, but I'm sure kids would love it. The menu has lots of options I look forward to trying a tea on my next visit!

Update: came back in the afternoon and learned that my level of sweetness is 1/2 what their norm is. Ordered a Nutty Irishman and very much enjoyed it! Updating to 5stars! The line was so long that they had a sheriff's department directing it around the shopping plaza. Today was the opening day and we went to give them a try since never had their coffee before. The energy was hyped up this morning from everyone we interacted with. They definitely keep their uniqueness. Coffee was good, but a bit too sweet for my 5am morning. I'll probably be back at some point, but later in the day.

Interesting experience . Weirded me out a bit when the kid tried to get a bit 'urban ' when taking my order. Told him it wasn 't necessary and to keep speaking the same as he was prior to seeing me. Anyway, beverage was good and it did not water down in the heat which was impressive The young lady at the window was very nice and provided great service.

Truly enjoy their products. They have delicious coffee and other caffinated beverages such as charged lemonade in lots of flavors. Everyone is always friendly and attentive! They get very busy at times so patience is necessary in the drive thru at times.

Can?t figure out how to run a drive thru properly. Inside lane always always moves twice as fast usually by the time I get to the window they have already finishing drinks for people that arrived 10 min after me. They need a better system and realize that the outside is a longer track so there should be more attention to outside lanes
