Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The shake was really loose, I'm very disappointed, this is the second location i try an seems to be the same?

Greenville has a really nice Braums, my biggest complaint is the tables don't get wiped down, I guess, I have to just wipe it down myself. But you can hangout and talk as long as you want.so that's pretty cool..

This store is a joke !!! They take forever just to wait on you at the front counter. You have employees who just stand around . Its takes 20 minutes or longer to get your food. The condiment stand is never stocked. No creamer !!! . There is always water on the floor with no wet floor signs . Tables are always dirty . They leave doors open , and let the cold air inside . They are always short handed . They get peoples orders wrong alot . I strongly do not recommend coming in this store !!!

We got ice cream through the drive-thru. The wait wasn't too long, even though they were busy and short staffed. The lady at the window was nice and even took the time to answer a question we had.I got the small cookie dough shake, and my father got a medium vanilla shake. It was well made and delicious. I would go back again. Love me some Braums.
