Kfc - McKees Rocks

Ordered delivery and restaurant forgot a drink. So careless and can?t even get something so simple correct.

Always get chicken tenders. Lately 3 out of 5 times they were too hard to eat. They were sitting around for a while. The coating hard and they were just too hard chew. I thought they would be ok. Waste of money today

Don't get anything here after 5pm as they only hire clowns for the late shift. They frequently close at random times, service is painfully slow, orders are always wrong, and staff is often downright rude and uncaring. The latest order attempt involvedordering via the KFC app for store pickup to alleviate the slow service hassle. We got notification that the order was ready andwent to pick it up only to find the store closed hours early. A woman working at this location informed us that the store closeddue to a staffing shortage. Our order appeared to be on the pickup counter, but she wasn't willing to check the name on the bagand give it to us if it was. No offer to refund, no apology, just too bad so sad. Seriously, screw this store.

They need to keep their dining room open, there is no more excuses for closing, I?m taking my money elsewhere that has an open dining room like Popeyes

Amazingly overcharged compared to other KFC. Gave me old fries rock hard biscuits and cheated me out of and left off 1/3 of my order. I called to inform them and guess what? No answer. I give everyone 4 or 5 or I just don't review. This trip DESERVES azero, sincerely.
