Dunkin' - McHenry

The drive-thru employee spoke to me condescendingly after I changed my order from a medium to a large. They rushed me and were rude. It was disappointing because this Dunkin' location is usually my favorite in the area and I go out of my way to come here.

Ok. Not all locations are great but this one on 120 fabulous. The young girls here are efficient, helpful and warm. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon instead of barely having any donuts at this hour was well stocked. Thanks so much for fresh and atasty selection. As very affordable a dozen of donuts and love 31 flavors ice cream. Will definitely drive to your location forour munchies.

They stole my money, OVER charged me for coffee and a bagel and put on 8oz of cream cheese for no reason on my bill. They had two children working who could not or would not do anything because there wasn't a manager on staff. The drive through waspacked and they had two children working alone, disgusting.

The only redeeming quality of this restaurant is their ice cream cakes. Unfortunately, the service is terrible - did I mention how bad it is? They are almost always understaffed, which I believe is the owner's fault. Additionally, they often run out of donuts during off-peak hours. I cannot recommend this place.

Hailey, Kendall, Casey, and Joanna were fantastic. I brought 6 of my friends with me and as we placed our orders, each of them worked together as a team to ensure our needs were taken care of. It's rare to see such great customer service these days. Usually, staff members scatter and leave us waiting, but they made sure all our orders were accurate and quick. Thank you very much, guys.
