Shane's Rib Shack - McDonough

I ordered dinner here and spent a considerable amount. I got the rib and chicken flour, but when it came to my house, I only had chicken. I also asked about sauce on the side, but the chicken was covered with sauce. Of course, Tordash wouldn't give me a refund for the ribs, so I called Shane 's. I was disappointed because the employee said they missed my meal, because they're short employees plus they have nothing to do with my order?... okay, but I spent over $50 for my meal. That was very disappointing to hear. No meal replacement, no we 're sry was 's ur name you can come to this place and we will fix it. NOTICE!!! Shane are you really like that??????

I ordered their loaded fries with no meat. They had BBQ sauce and ranch poured over the top of the fries, with sprinkles of cheese. I don't know what kind of BBQ sauce they use but it is DISCUSTING!!!!! I've made cheese fries at home that tasted better then this. Shane's Rib Shack anywhere is ALWAYS a disappointment.

Ordered Smoked Wings and they came out traditional. I asked the young lady at the register about it and she insisted on it being smoked. When I opened the box, she damn near put her fingers on the wings to show me that the black marks, which was pepper was crispiness from the grill. I told her that In know how smoked wings were supposed to look and these weren 't it. I politely asked for a refund and in turn she gets her manager. The manager comes out and looks up at me and realized that I wasn 't the same hue as her and immediately went into telling me that their wings were made by company policy . I told her that these were traditional wings but she insisted. But oddly enough, she comes back and says, If you wanted your wings smoked, we actually do that without putting them in the fryer. Before I told her to please refund my money, she already started the process and didn 't do anything to resolve me actually getting food. I won 't visit this location again and I would highly suggest you not to either.

The food was mediocre. The chopped chicken tasted terrible. The chicken teeth lubricated as if they were frozen. Our waiter took our food to another table. Saw it went down, the customers at this table let him know he had brought them the wrong food. So he picks up the food from this table and brought it to our table. That is why we asked that I be restored order just because we witnesses to other customers who touch the food. We will not return to Shane

We always eat at Shane's, but since we buy for our son, we have to go. I always get the big BBQ sandwich that comes with French fries. Your fries, for me, are better than McDonald's. my husband gets the BBQ pork plate with frits and Brunswick stew. Your stew is delicious! Sometimes he gets the potato salad and it's also good. We never had anything that wasn't good!
