Carrie-bo's Soul Fusion Bistro

The food was ok not bad I was skeptical because of a couple of the reviews the older lady at the counter let me try the Mac and cheese it was good. The salmon was tasty then second half was kind of fishy the place was pretty empty when I arrived but the staff was friendly…I would possibly try it again to see if other menu items may be better …

Could someone PLEASE advise if this place is open still. Me and my coworkers have been trying throughout the week for over 2mos now. Seem to be gone out of business

I have eaten here once. The food is really good. HOWEVER, every other time I have tried to support this Black Business on Sundays they have always been closed for some reason. At least 4 times. This time there’s a sign on the door that says “Closed due to a family emergency”. It seems very often they have an excuse for not being open during their stated hours.To the owners: If you really don’t wish to work on Sundays just say that and change your hours.

OK so I have no idea why this is my first time! These rib tips are so good and tender. Oh my God the seasoning! This review is all over the place but I'm eating while I'm doing this and it's just so darn good! (I'll take pics next time... it's too good to stop now)

The young beauty in the front with Afro had wonderful customers service and helped us with our order. The food was delicious
