La Costa Grill - McAllen

This restaurant is a great choice for families or a lovely date. It features a surf and turf style menu with a bit of a spicy kick, though it's not overwhelming. I really enjoy the seafood soup and the complimentary black beans and chips served as an appetizer. The service is quite fast, too. While it's slightly on the pricey side, it's still reasonable.

This was my first visit, and overall, it was a positive experience. The food quality was fresh, and the service was prompt. The restaurant was clean, though I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side. However, the food was excellent. The server frequently checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory, and if she wasn't available, a floor manager was nearby to assist.

Talk about The Best seafood and landfood. This will be my best place to enjoy my favorite. We started with the fried octopus super good flavor and the black beans with a taste of thosesalsas with La costa tostadas and lime and I had the ribeye aguachile omg this is the best ribeye i ever had come with avocado and chives . My son had thec Lobster tacos Wow soooo delicious seriously a delicacy. My hubby had the la costa Tower this is ecxeptional taste of shrimp and fish towering over avocado, cucumber,chile lots of lime! OMG!!! He was raving!! Our server was on point always. Try the strawberry lemonade its perfect. We didnt wait at all. Music was appropriate for the ambient. All plates served were more than i expected. Yes i recommend you give it a try it wont dissapoint!!

Shared a nice Easter lunch with my grandmother. We had the Tuna Nachos to start and shared the Botana for 2. The food was delicious, the outside seating was comfy and the staff was very friendly. Will be going back again.

Food was delicious and service was great!! Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly, and the patio was very well set up with fans, shade, and music. Will definitely be my go to restaurant when visiting from Corpus
