Jack In The Box - McAllen

Ok. The dining room open sign is what made me stop there. The food was good and consistent as any other JitB, the service not so much, it has a sign that they open at 6:00 am but the front door wasn't unlocked until 8:15 am.

8-17-21 when I ordered a new tripple meat, tripple cheese BBQ bacon cheese burger i got 2 meat paddies. This wasn't the only problem. They offered the burger that came with onion rings. They stated they don't have onions available. I kept asking for e minutes would it be discounted if they didn't have the onions available. Finally after 3 minutes they said onion rings are available. Terrible service. Didnt asd the right amount of meats, couldn't answer questions. After pay they want people to move forward so they can get a good timer on their machine that I will voucher for, is incorrect. They want people moving off the line to fake their progress.

Bought 2 teriyaki bowl and it did not have the teriyaki sauce in it. We didn?t return anymore because I tried to call the store but no one was answering. Ruined my dinner and night.

We hadn't been to jack in the box for awhile due to bad experiences but we went tonight (Halloween night). Ronaldo was great. Service was immaculate and food was fresh. Thank you Ronaldo for a great experience that hasn't been had in awhile.
