When I called they hung up on me 4 times while keeping me on hold for a long time. When I finally got the “manager” she basically told me it was my fault for ordering from door dash. I told her it was from their Denny’s app but she refused to correct the issue. All I wanted was a refund for the extra items I paid for and they didn’t send but they kept it and to top it off gave me attitude like I was to blame.
The manager, Thény, is amazing! The service was great, and my French toast was cooked perfectly. Thank you for correcting my order right away without any hesitation. I really appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Great that everyone wore face masks. the food was good. the coffee was cold, but the manager brought us a hot cup of coffee when we told him.
We had to wait for an hour and a half just to be seated! The line of people waiting was way too long. I realize it was a busy Sunday, but as a patron, it was frustrating to see others already eating after waiting for over an hour. I understand the managers were in a tough spot, but they could have politely informed the customers that there were others waiting for a table. I know they might have felt rushed, but many people ended up giving up and leaving.
I want to express my gratitude to Manager Raymond for surprising my daughter and her partner with a special dessert. I appreciate that he went out of his way to provide them with the special dish I had requested. Thank you, Dennys, for your excellent service.
