La Marina Restaurant - Mazatlán

So bad service we had a family dinner family members and food wasn’t good. And to get a drink take so long beer minutes come on. My Dinner was Flank steak and was like shoe leather. Waiter no had a...clue how to manage clients but good for him for try ‘cause nobody help him so good points for him even with mistakes . Lots of complaints about food they don’t serve according the menu.

We stayed at the el sid resort and had eaten breakfast every day at la concha. From day our waiter mr daniel ozuna gave us top service. His assistant ms yahaira was also very courteous and professional. Mr ozuna would have our special drinks...made without asking after the day. He was only allowed to serve indoors and that was the only drawback. We wanted the outdoor tables but sacrificed this luxury for his services. To this day we still communicate with him. We cant wait to return day to hopefully see him and he will be in a higher position. He deserves to move up the corporate ladder. We even spoke with his manager to let him know how well he treated us.

We ate here every day for weeks amazing service, and an extensive menu make that easy! The soups were especially delicious!

We’ve eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here this week and the service is terrible. They come and take your drink order, then minutes later they take your order. It has taken an hour and a half for lunch and two hours for dinner. Once...our main entree arrived, no one has come back on three occasions for at least twenty minutes to see if the food is ok. We will never be talked into all inclusive again. There are so many fabulous restaurants in Mazatlan who really care about their customers!

My husband and I have been sitting in the fairly empty restaurant for minutes now. Our order was taken, but no food is forthcoming. Time to go and find somewhere else to get some sustenance.
