El Molcajete Loco - Mazatlán

I was glad to write the first review here on ta about 5 years ago. Since then we have returned and we are pleased that molcajete loco is just as good. the current owner is friendly and always has a short hallo and welcome back for us....The staff is also very friendly, offers good service. the food is as fresh and tasty as ever. we are really happy to come here for dinner.

Great! I had garnel the molcahete and other things were really good! huge garnel and salsa were great! also the aguachile was really good! would go again

Mazatlan is an oasis for good seafood. this place is about the shape of the ozean, but it is lacking in view. my best gal/dining partner loved the fact that this place was free, but pleasant deaf free. it is a vogelphobia that it has. Restaurants do not seem to worry about a gaggle of baptisms that strive around their businesses. this place was deaf free. so the good food and the lack of urban animal world wins this place. we had the mixed otopus and garnel aguachile, that's like ceviche. it was elegant! the main thing were fish in mango sauce and fish simply grilled. it was all beautiful. the price was 90 pesos for each head and a little less for the aguachile. we have paid less for more seafood in veracruz, but after we have visited a few local and tourist hunting in mazatlan, these portions and prices seem to be the norm. it is full, they will not go hungry. but veracruz will drive her bauch with her portions. a last thing about molcajete, there were no passing music bands or even a stereo game. Maybe we've been lucky, but it was nice not to be attacked by music, which is often the case in these parts. also there is an oxxo next door where they enjoy their own beer or a limo to eat them. that's a nice note. I'll hit it. service was fast and efficient. tostadas and cracker were free flowing. popular with local, even after lunch. this place makes everything good.

Un lugar sencillo en el centro de Mazatlan, muy cerca de Playa Norte, con mariscos de muy buen sabor.

Un poco mas glamuroso que su vecino Toño y de excepcional servicio. Sitio comodo y de muy buena oferta de ceviches molcajetes y pescados. Todo excelente...y buena relacion calidad y precio. Muy recomendable.
