Buffalo Wild Wings Mattoon

He has started with great service. we have our appetizers, while the waitress took our main order. the waitress was really nice until we got the most food. has not received an order with everything else. then she ignored our table. waited about 5 min without update for the other food. I had to get up to get our cute and ask for the food. I just have a problem with it. they wait 5 minutes and had to ask to talk to a manager. finally, our food has taken to go. very disappointed. we will not come back

That was great. the service was even better! jessica, our waitress, was just there. she told us about the happy hour offers and made suggestions. she made the whole experience wonderful. we will definitely be back and we hope to see our favorite server again. thanks B-Dubs!

Did not catch the name of the bartender, but she was very helpful. Every time she came by, she didn't hesitate to ask if we needed anything or if we were okay. ordered a partial salad and it was bigger than I expected and it came within 5 minutes.

Delicious food and drinks. good atmosphere and friendly staff. bar and escaping. get the fried pickles!

It was ok my waiter was nice and easy going...but on my way out a lady that was with her family made a racist comment n gesture as me and my daughter was walking out...I didn't think it was much of that in Mattoon Illinois!!!!
