Half Day Cafe - Mason

We enjoyed our breakfast here very much. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful, and they and the other people working there seemed to have not hated their jobs, which really made a difference in the atmosphere. I had an omelet that was one of the best I had in a while. Coffee was decent, too. My wife also had an omelette and she also enjoyed her. You also have a full coffee bar that also seemed quite legit (espresso based drinks and whatnot).

Can I just say delicious!! Here at Cleveland, my mother treated me a wonderful breakfast here. The only problem is...so many decisions! The staff was so friendly, everything is LOCAL.. This is the real deal! I can't wait to go back. Nice job the Hipsleys family. Very impressed!

Great place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Your pancakes are powerful and delicious. Weekends are pretty busy and crowded. Fair prices,Friendly staff and happy vibe

Great Menu, Great Staff, Great Value! On my first visit today, I had the good luck of having Grace as mg server. She made a good meal better, by offering suggestions based on my questions. She then Delivered my coffee EXACTLY as I wanted it (I’m pretty fussy) and brought the meal to me with my specific adjustments as well. Grace is one of those rare servers who actually listens. And she gets it right. She was friendly but never too chatty or overbearing, which is a skill more servers need to learn. Yet when I raised my hand to get her attention…She was right there. If Half Day Cafe trains them this way, BRAVO! If not, you lucked out when you hired this one. The menu apologized for the cost increase, but honestly the meal was a value for the price. The place was clean tidy. I personally saw a manager sanitizing tables between guests, and the toilets can we talk? have a No Touch Flush. I look forward to returning. Excellent meal, fair price, clean sanitary environment, GREAT SERVICE.

Amazing spots locally owned and operated by a gray family. The mocha latte was so pleasant and refreshed to drink the maple rum butter pancakes were pretty legit and fluffy. Half day Benedict was so creamy.
