Bangkok Cuisine - Mashpee

My family was dining in this restaurant and taking food out for years. We are big fans of Thai food since our trip to Thailand in...1989 and dining in King and I in Boston, the only Thai restaurant at the time. Mashpee Bangkok cuisine was our favorite on the Cape. Unfortunately the food quality is going downhill to the point, that we are tired of giving them second chances. Tom Yum soup used to be the highlight of dinner became just a water with some strange taste. Other dishes quite often overcooked. Our recent visit to their Bangkok Cuisine in Falmouth MA confirmed all the above. Before writing this review I tried to contact restaurant management to discuss this but no contact us on their site. Too bad.

Good food and an excellent atmosphere. The staff here Works exceptionally hard. I recommend this place.

Not a good experience. For starters they had no record of a reservation made over the phone and hesitated when there was no one else in the restaurant. Then was served an under filled glass of wine. Then the wine was turning sour...yuk. One of our plates was dirty, the other had a piece of hair on it. To say this place was unprofessional is an understatement. The food was good, but one of us ordered a pineapple dish and was served something else entirely. We told the waiter and he did not apologize or offer any amendments. That is completely unacceptable and we will not be returning.

I discovered their spaghetti entrée have never looked back, it's sweet and spicy with big chunks of fresh tomatoes.

I love everything about this place. The curries are so delicious and the wait staff are always kind and helpful!!!!
