Informal environment, located in the woods, near a small valley. We could eat hourly cause only the sliced and their cheeses. All very tasty. The very kind lady. Fresh source water, to be drawn with carafe.
Spartano premises can be reached after a simple walk of about twenty minutes, or by car. Fresh air under the porch. The menu is fixed and includes sliced with gardener, cotechino with beans, polenta with braised or rabbit or birds escaped for a version veg, cheese stravecchio and sweet, bitter, coffee and water for 26€, 23€ if you do not take the cheese.
In summer the Crotto is among our favorite places where you can have lunch in the Week end or in the week of August. Family and very short environment, excellent home cooking where you can eat sliced and pickled meats, polenta with braised , advice or the famous birdies . Good cheeses. All immersed in the fresh woods of Marzio. I recommend it!
Good, familiar- when open (summer), to pass to taste excellent dishes , polenta, tomini not to be missed
