Upon getting to the window, a distraught Starbucks employee, explain to us that the person ahead of us had miss, ordered several drinks and offered the drinks to us for free. We excepted to Venti Cold blended drinks I don’t remember exactly what they were. But instead of charging us for our grande drinks, they charged us for the Venti drinks that we did not order and were offered to for free. The two drinks came out to $20. We did not call back to complain. I ordered DoorDash from Starbucks this morning and received a half full grande coffee. I will never be going back to Starbucks.
Good overpriced coffee. What more is there to say. People are always friendly here.
Honestly I've been going to this location for about 3 years. Used to be decent, but has grown to be very inconsistent. If you order the same drink 10x, it would likely taste different each time. Today my drink was 90% ice, and was gone in about 4 sips lol. The staff are lovely, but seem quite overworked. If you can, I would recommend going to the Delaware location(s) over this one.
Drive through is incredibly slow. I was here at 1 pm on a Weekday with only 3 cars ahead but waited 25 minutes. Not worth it!
Was very busy for mid morning on a Monday. We waiting about 25 minutes for our coffee.
