Hampton Inn Suites Mary Esther-fort Walton Beach

Had a great overnight stay here. The room was very clean and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was good but average. They did have really good coffee.Rooms: 5/5

The best customer Service ever!! Carrie was my absolute favorite along with the manager Aicha (don't know if I spelled it right) and the lady that can sing really good. They were just so welcoming and fun. Beds are super comfy and rooms spacious. Everything was so clean and definitely were all my family will be staying every time we come

Judy was the best front desk person I've dealt with. She was friendly and caring. Gave great recommendations about the area and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Definitely will be back.Rooms: 5/5

We came here for vacation and upon arrival we were greeted with a huge smile thanking us for joining them this week! All of the staff we encountered was amazing very upbeat and you could tell they loved their job! Special shout-out to Kathy in the breakfast area, she was so friendly!!! Aicha at the front desk was so helpful when I asked her questions about the area for food, entertainment etc her smile is infectious!! Shout out to Melissa she was just Awesome! Well the staff was unaware that I actually am Hilton employee til I told them which brand I worked for! I wanted to see just how awesome they were in Rockin the Hilton way!!! We come here every year and will definitely be staying here! Rooms clean, the friendliness staff, great outdoor pool !!! We have had the best time this week!! Kudos to the entire staff at this Hampton Inn you have a guest for life!!Rooms: Room was great, very clean!! If you needed something the staff would bring to your door instead of having to go down and request it!!Nearby activities: Just down the road to Destin, Ft Walton!Safety: Well lit parking lot!Noteworthy details: The staff is so friendly and treats everyone as if they were friends and family!! The hotel was ok!! During check-in, I had a bad experience with an unprofessional, sarcatic clerk. I have called and emailed the District Manger and never gotten an email or phone call back.Rooms: 4/5
