Americinn Complimentary Breakfast

As a Diamond Rewards Member I am eligible for a free suite upgrade upon request during check-in. I have been upgraded numerous times in the past, but the past 4 stays I have been denied upgrade even though there are suites available. I was given a list of excused, which all contradicted previous stays here. Cleanliness is subpar, internet connection is terrible, and rooms smell musty. Began booking all of my stays (200+ nights/year) at a hotel down the street. They have a loyalty program that is actually upheld and honored. Will not be back to this hotel or any Wyndham property for that matter. Unimpressed.

Would recommend this hotel to all family and friends. were on college visit, and hockey kids and families were in town. The management made sure that noise was kept to a minimum for guests who were there to sleep and not party all night

Very friendly staff willing to listen and treat your request promptly. Room was comfortable and roomy for you to move around in. Pool and pool area was well kept. Breakfast area was clean and we'll presented, wish it had more of a selection. Lobby was spacious and clean.

My extended family has used this facility for family gatherings. The party room is perfect .. this spring we used it for a cousins reunion. Our recent gathering was for a celebration of life for my father who passed away. At both we had folks from all over the country getting together in Marshall. We were able to accommodate travelers in the guest rooms and spend precious time together in the party room.
