I had a great night! Excellent service, thanks to the restaurant manager who is a real professional, really bravo! Level kitchen I put 4/5 because for a Michelin star it is worth a 5 but I find that the cabbage blossoms, butter house, milkshake bouillabaisse and dessert fig deserves the second star! It's on the dishes and especially the reddish or we're going back a little culinaryly speaking. Less taste and even the foot package is not at the input level. Conclusion, sincerely a top party! It was a first for us in the Alcyone and, let's say, it was a very, very beautiful discovery. The setting of the Hotel God is sublime, the view of Notre-Dame and the Old Port is magical, and the kitchen and service are, without doubt, at the height of the frame. We enjoyed an original and colorful cuisine that pays tribute to local products and dishes. Special mentions to the Carabineros de Palamos, with the exceptional signature dish of the Chef, the Milkshake of Bouille-abaisse, and to the original Rouget à la Brique (some pope! .
