Iles et the une fois - Marseillan

A pleasure to find a small restaurant offering something other than a standard three course menu. Great value home cooked food with wonderful flavours. Tagine and thai curry were very were great dishes. Owner was very friendly and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend.

Having read the reviews, i was lookimg forward to trying a new restaurant in Marseillan. The Sri Lankan curry was simply chicken floating in a gloopy gravy, nothing like the promised delicate flavours. Thai chicken curry had no depth of flavour, no subtle spices and no authenticity. Really disappointing given the reviews from previous diners.

Excellent place to stop for lunch in Marseillan. Friendly owners, original many, and fresh products... what more could you want?

Our first visit to this small restaurant and it won't be long before we return. Lovely food and very busy with mainly locals enjoying their lunch. Great Thai Curry and Moroccan Tagine along with delicious deserts made in house. Smooth coffee too. Not bitter or too strong. Half portions available for children off the main menu or freshly made wraps and salad. Only open for dinner during high season. Good food.
