Jean Kay's Pasties Subs - Marquette

The staff was very friendly, friendly and informal. I bought the original pasty with engraving and my Bf got a sub. Both were really good!! I definitely recommend eating here for a bite!

Delicious pasties and the workers are amazing. We had a wonderful visit. We were greeted with the warm welcome of the staff and had their delicious beef bags.

This place was good. Spicy Ketchup or Gravy on a Pasty... Both were good. Vegetarian pasty. Steak pasty with Rutabegga. Or steak pasty without Ruthtabega. The local sweets shop so were amazing. We tried berries, black cherry, birch beer and a grape. We. It was like flying a ship. And yes, they send em frozen and u can heat at home in the oven..

I love pasties. My family ordered pasties from various areas around the UP. Jean Kay was the best of all! We decided to stop and visit personally. The staff are amazingly nice, and the owner is very friendly. Even if you guys don't want to visit in person, the online order is worth it! I had an Italian sub during my visit, it was refreshing after it had eaten nothing in the last 4 months as a tasteless soup. Very much worth it! Please show them some love!

Tasty pasty! Thin crust, so requires a fork to eat. Get the gravy to go with it. For people unfamiliar with pasties, they are originally from England. English food is very simple (some might call it bland), so don't expect French cooking. I enjoyed mine thoroughly would return. Also every employee there was really nice patient with me. Impressive!
