Enjoyed a nice Sunday session after yesterday’s hot day in Sydney and tried the fish tacos and Arancini balls with a side of a few Pinot Grigio’s. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Great bubbly atmosphere and it’s not overly loud to have a conversation in there. There was live music being placed through the speakers but again it wasn’t too loud to have a conversation. Very casual and relaxed venue for a bite or a few drinks after enjoying some beach time.

For a pub salad I was really satisfied. I hade the roast pumpkin and rocket with candied walnuts. Large portion size, cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I was really happy with the meal. One of the staff members was really bubbly and lovely which made for a good experience.

Cheeky pub meal, which was highly satisfying. Looooove me some red meat. I wish the mushroom sauce was a bit creamier and thicker... but the steak was cooked to PERFECTION. Happy Mel! <br/

Bakehouse has the best coffee in Maroubra beach. Service is great here, John and the crew are so friendly and in addition to being a great all-round bakery it is a nice spot for casual lunch or breakfast. The Vietnamese food is delicious, I love the bahn mi.
