It provides a spacious room and comfortable stay. The location is nice, it is nicely decorated too. The outside pool and grill terrace are additional amenities. No wifi,took forever to get rhe room cool enough to sit in it. Food was ok. It's about the only place to stay at with parking in the area. Staff was nice but they had no control over wifi they did try to fix it but didn't work well. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 3 Hotel highlights: Quiet

I was so looking forward for this trip we had with family, but was disappointed. First of all, The hotel is poorly maintained. There’s cracks of old paint on the walls, the rooms are not that clean. My sister had to ask staff to spray Baygon insect spray in the bathroom because it’s infested with bugs on their room. My room had mosquitoes. The other thing is we brought a birthday cake to celebrate my birthday, and the staff only informed there’s 1,500php charges FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN CAKE — to which we weren’t even informed there were charges if you’re bringing outside food. This already felt disappointing from the get go. Then they said we need to eat in their restaurant, so there won’t be any charge anymore. They even asked if the cake was consumed while checking out, and I was already waiting to see if they want to even charge us for eating the cake we brought after already eating in their restaurant. The other thing is when I asked for extra water in our room from the front desk, they told me it’s not for free but for 50php each. Ok, fine so we asked for bottles. Then the staff that delivered the water bottles then said it was for free. So what is the truth? It gives me the impression that The staff just keep on trying to get any extra charge where they can. Food/buffet is mediocre. Pool was dirty. The only thing I liked about this place was the staff greets people warmly. But other than that it’s not worth it for its cost.
