Starbucks - Marion

I wish I never went here for coffee. I went in and asked for a small hot coffee with cream and sugar add extra cream. They took 30 min to even start to make it. I came in at 9:55am and left by 10:44am they finally gave me my coffee and it was awful so I waited patiently to get to the counter, i told the guy how awful it was and i am not mad but I'dbe really appreciative if i could have a new one. He told me my order was complicated and thats probly why it was awful. [Its literally 2 ingredients, people who drink starbucks have such complicated orders. It took so long I finally asked where my new coffee was. The girl at the counter said I quote (to be honest I don't even see your order) I then said the guy standing right there took my order and said it would be ready shortly. (my remake coffee) she took my 40 min old cup of coffee and dumped it to use it to make a new coffee even though the cup was all disintegrated from being in there for so long. After I got it it was so cold and so burnt I just left so I didn't waste anymore time there.
