O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Marion

We love O'Charleys but today was not her day.. Our waitress was so slow, she seemed like she was lost. We waited for our food forever, and I know that was not their fault, but we have the wrong food, that was someone's fault! but we went ahead and took it because we had waited so long.very disappointed.

O Charley's restaurant is delicious. This is our third time here. Each time we got the same meal. Filet Mignon with double broccoli. Cooked medium rare to perfection. The strawberry lemonade is deliciously sweet. I drank three and took one home. We got the chicken tortellini soup which was very tasty with the free bread provided. Ended the meal with a French silk pie. Sweet and crunchy. Wish I got pictures of the steak and soup but my appetite got the best of me. ????

Food was great. Not enough of it! I paid $17 for a pighouse with a bone, a few fries and some asparagus spins. Four spears! A handful of REGIONS FOR EXTREME FRIES. And a pork chop as big as a piece of bread. Everything was delicious. Only not enough to fill a third degree. For $17, I expect me to feel full. I ate an hour later at Mc Donald to make me full! Service was on point. Refilled my drink 3 times and gave plenty of bread and butter. The Apatizers were also small. Baked potato wedges with bacon bits and cheese $6.50. 4 slices. It was basically a potato. The food is good. In the price as it will. The American way, right on my plate. I felt demolished. I'll never eat there again. I suggest TGIF FRIDAYS. Much better portions and faster to get your food. TGIF FRIDAYES would be my proposal

We usually do not go here personally, but we regularly order through Grubhub/Doordash. Who grabs their orders is fantastic. For example, my 4yo gets this strange drink that you cotton candy in (idk, she loves it). They pack their 1 drink in 3 cups. 1 with the drink, 1 with the cotton candy, 1 with ice. So you can pour out the additional water from the ice and not water your drink. This is just an example, but they show a lot of thoughts as they grab their orders.

The time we are, food is not what it used to be. The main course was good, had a bacon cheeseburger and a sirloin for my wife. However, the spinach dump was 'watered' (not sure how to describe) and the potato soup was yellow, the woman said was not much potato and mostly melted cheese. In the end, the service was good, so I'm sure we would return in the future. Maybe just skip some of the pages/extras. W/ Edit location: Marion, IL
