Flat Creek Enoteca - MARBLE FALLS

The pizza, salmon, vegetables and salads are 1st rate in every detail. Haven't yet tried the other menu items, but expect same level of quality. The table service staff and kitchen are as attentive and responsive as possible given the number of tables and diners they have to serve and cook for. That being true, the lag between ordering and arrival of wine and then meals is a bit sluggish...yet well worth the wait. All-in-all, this is an excellent addition to the dining scene in Marble Falls and one we will re-visit often.

Flat Creek Entoteca has a great selection of food and wine pairings that make this a really fun outing. Our kind waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. However, we did have a couple of problems with our visit: 1) We waited an hour for our main courses 2) We asked for a small plate of fettuccine Alfredo pasta (no add'l proteins) for our two small children to share. When the bill came, we saw we were charged $24 for it. We verified with our waitress that was the price and she said it was. Overall, we still love coming here- the wine and the food are always excellent and we enjoy the experience.

Food is very good, no tipping, like the white wine...friendly staff

When we arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, there was one large table of people in the dining room. Upon checking in with an employee, we were taken to the bar and seated on barrel stave stools. When we asked to be seated in the dining room we were told that all tables were taken. We attempted to make the best of a very strange situation, but the stools were so uncomfortable we tried one more time to ask to be moved. The only option given was for us to sit at one end of a six top table that was assigned to two other people who were coming in later. We told the employee to cancel our pizza, ate our salads that were supposed to be Greek and drank 1/2 a glass of the truly awful bottle of wine paid and left. We should have taken a picture, they won 't be around long.

We planned a happy hour birthday celebration for a coworker and the staff helped me make it a great event! They took all my requests and made them happen. I have also eaten dinner here with family and the food is delicious!
