Chick-fil-a Highland Lakes

The nuggets were ok, but it seemed like several had rubber like fat in them. This is not the first time I had this happen. They are out of Mac and Cheese 50% of the time.

It was very busy so there was a wait in the drive thru line. The food was hot and tasty as usual. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall a good experience. I wish the situation allowed the dining room to be open.

Honestly this is the best trained company to learn proper skills in customer service! My kids and I love coming here to eat!

Clean place, great product for my chihuahua and me when traveling. Great chicken planks, not greasy.

Staff are always friendly. I had not been in over a year because it's always so busy, but the drive thru line moved fairly quickly. Food is good for fast food. I usually get the chicken nuggets or sandwich, they are good and actually made with real chicken.
