Used to go to this location quite often. Decided to try ordering through the mobile app as a lot of companies are moving to that route. I ordered and walked over at the exact time of pick up. When I walked up two employees (I believe one was the owner) stated that my order had already been picked up and whoever picked up requested half Olive on one of my sandwiches. I expressed that it had not been picked up and if I wanted half Olive I would have done it in the app. I asked if they checked for the order confirmation or confirmed ID and they declined and stated they would remake it.I was frustrated as I ordered for a specific time and had to wait an additional 10+ minutes for it to be remade.They offered a cookie as a sorry but I declined.I then reach out to subway and they basically say sorry and that was it.I was then notified by my bank that this order has charged my card twice. I sent the bank statement to the owner of this location on Nov 2 and have not received a response.To say the least I removed my card from the app and will never use their app or this location again.I now have to find time to be on a phone call with my bank to dispute the secondary charge.Frustrated beyond belief.

This subway is awful! Half of the time there's no lettace and tomatoes or wilted lettace. The staff also don't wash their hands when moving on to the next customer. I have had to ask them to change their gloves after touching cash or the till. It's gross! They also manage to get items wrong and I don't notice till I get home.
They made one of the worst SUB here. I ordered through uber app, veggie sub, that didn't had proper veggies, no sauces or dressing at all and even they didn't put veggie patty in that. Total wasted of money???????????don't go to this place. They didn't follow my request for making my sub accordingly. 0
