Brick Bourbon - Maple Grove

This was our first time here.My aunt and I sat outside; it was decorated very nicely.She had the Bourbon BBQ wings and the two rib bone Mac cheese; ribs sauce was a little too sweet otherwise, she loved it.I had the spicy BBQ shrimp wrapped in bacon and the chicken bacon Mac cheese; absolutely delicious! The pomegranate lemonade is yummy as well.It's pricey but well worth it.Also, our waitress was phenomenal. ??

Tucked away in Maple Grove's vast shopping district, Brick Bourbon is an amazing eatery. Featuring a variety of American eats across the culinary spectrum, you can find anything for any pallette. All food is excellently crafted with flavor at the forefront of the craft.The classy interior is excellent for semi-formal gatherings and casual meet-ups, while their external seating is well spaced and charming.To no surprise, the staff are exceptionally charming, helpful, and friendly, adding that last push to make this my favorite restaurant in Maple Grove.If there's any debate on where to eat if you're in the area, head to Brick Bourbon. You won't be disappointed.

This place was amazing. Dry rub wings delicious. Burger was cooked perfectly and juicy. Had a nice cider and left stuffed.Food: 5/5

Excellent service, cool vibe and atmosphere, scrumptious food (most selections seem to have bacon! , and top shelf cocktails. Wow this place has it all. The alcohol list is a separate book, many bourbon choices and high end cocktails, plus a huge beer list. It was tough deciding on food. The duck bacon wontons are proper. Get those for sure. I went light and had the maple pecan radicchio salad and was glad I did. I added chicken and it was huge and very delicious. My wife had the burger and their fries are outstanding. It may be sysco food, I'm not totally sure, but I don't care. I would go back for sure. And get the smoked old fashioned!

This place has some great food and some great service. I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken Waffle sliders. My wife ordered the Lobster Mac Cheese. Both were amazing. The their bourbon BBQ sauce is great (got on the side for my fries). The Maple syrup for the chicken waffles was off the hook. Great spot. Pretty spendy though. $75 for 2 adults and a 2-year-old. Well worth it!!Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, kids menu with crayons, and helpful staff!Parking: Right out the front door. Was pretty full, but it was just busy.
