Wendy's - Mankato

I was thoroughly impressed. The drive thru guy that took our order was very polite. The guy expediting a little less but still very professional and I get that being a friday at 5:30PM. The food was timely, hot and delicious. It had probably been close to 10 years since the last time I had eaten here but it is safe to say that it was awesome. Keep up the great work!!

Stopped in this location today for lunch with the family. We don't go here frequently as we are from out of town. There was a lady working the lobby. I believe named Jill. She was the sweeties lady. Helped keep my kids entertained, brought them crayons and coloring sheet. She asked what we needed and brought us a few condiments needed. She also had small Chat and bussed our trays and opened the door for us on our way out. Such a nice experience. Customer service is everything. A company is lucky to have staff like her. If we come into town again we may just have to stop, so we can all say hi

Understaffed but hard working employees. The drive thru was backed up at 7:30 p.m. on a Thursday. Ordering was kind of a fiasco because the boy was obviously overwhelmed, but he got most of the order right and was polite. Food came out hot. Flavor and texture of fries, burgers and chicken nuggets were great. Prices are comparable to other fast food.

Tried the hot honey spicy chicken sandwich. Pretty good. The regular spicy chicken is probably my favorite still. Staff is courteous and friendly. Fast service.

I ordered the grilled chicken and it was the best grilled chicken sandwich I have ever had! It easily compared to a grilled chicken sandwich at a fancy sit down restaurant!! If you are looking for a juicy, hot, fresh, flavorful grilled chicken sandwich at a reasonable price go to Wendy's!! I loved it! And I will definitely be going back again!! I just wish someone would have let me in on the secret a long time ago!! LOL But that's OK, cuz I'm letting you in on the secret now! LOL Oh, and the NEW strawberry Frosty is to die for!!! Get that too when you stop in! It was nice and thick just like the regular Frosty! Nice fresh strawberry flavor, not too sweet, just perfect! Try one before they're gone!!
