Such amazing food and the staff are always so friendly

I was served by Gracie, and my experience was quite disappointing. She forgot to charge me for an item and seemed to treat me as if I was a bother. When she handed me my things, she literally threw them out the window with a dismissive “here you go” and slammed it shut right in my face while I was trying to say, “Have a great day.” Ouch. This interaction really made me feel like I chose the wrong place to spend my money, as it was clear that I wasn’t valued as a customer. I had higher expectations since I used to work there and was just visiting home. Overall, it was a letdown.

I always have a fantastic experience whenever I visit this restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch, each receiving a perfect rating of 5!
